JAMARIO MOON….WHAT A GREAT STORY FOR THE RAPTORS & THE LEAGUE!!!
Here’s a guy who couldn’t latch on anywhere, gets signed to a small contract by a division champion, bounces around like he is on a pogo, and has a great marketable last name. So, what do you do? Of course! Put him in your starting lineup!!
He is a guy that, I think, would do well against second stringers, assuming he attacks the basket. Sure, his length causes matchup problems, but if he just shoots the jump shot, who cares? He is quick, has hops, and can take his guy off the dribble. Sound familiar, Toronto Fans? Sure, boo Vince, but keep kissing Jamario’s ass because Cluck Jerksky tells you to.
I wonder what will be said if we get hammered in the first round again. I hope we don’t see Boston or Detroit, because all the FANatics will just say “well, how could we win?”. If we get an Orlando, Cleveland, etc and we get towel whipped, people should be demanding answers at the non-movement and questionable contract decisions made by this franchise.

thanks man…you are seriously my hero, that liar moniker is primo.
of course swirsky would lick moons balls, he was licking carters until the day he was traded. same for everyone else
the playoffs are going to be a disaster with this team, the raptors don’t have any pieces to beat cleveland in a best seven (regardless of if they have homecourt). they will end up 4th or 5th - i have no doubt.

Atlanta traded Sheldon Williams; no way they would part with Marvin. Atlanta certainly walked away the winner in that trade.
I agree that Moon was getting a little cocky. His shot will be a Major Major concern in the playoffs.
My worry is that this team still does not have a tight rotation and we are a month and a half away from the playoffs. I worry that Moon is gonna be a complete bust in the playoffs and SMitch is gonna tinker around with the rotation; same thing he did with Graham last year. Also, TJ hasn’t really worked himself back into the line up; my worry is that he is going to start playing better and then there is gonna be a lot of controversy over the division of minutes between the two.

i don’t think tj has the mental/physical game right now to play himself into a controversy. i worry the same thing about moon, but i have to believe that smitch learned his lesson from last year. i totally thought they traded marvin, wow…that deal gets better and better for atlanta. they are going to be a dark horse in the playoffs i think. still not a real threat to boston or detroit, but they wont be a cakewalk in the least.
